Event Details
Join Jerry Schneider, nature educator, on a learning journey about butterflies, bees, bats, and other pollinators and their habitats. This program concludes with a cool sensory t-shirt craft (children may purchase heavy cotton tee shirts for $4.00 each or bring their own).
Online registration for this event is required per child. This event will be on the Library Lawn. In the event of inclement weather, we will meet in the Community Room at Town Hall.
More about Jerry: He is a former teacher and children’s librarian and invented The Butterfly Game in 2001. It received a Parents Publication Award in 2004. Jerry was a steering committee member of the Vermont Butterfly Atlas Project, a 5-year study of butterfly populations in Vermont. He lives in Hardwick, Vermont.
